Left:

Using her own tissues for the reconstruction, she obtained a very natural results with a better size, better symmetry of her breasts and improvement of her abdominal appearance.

Above : This patient had bilateral mastectomy and implant reconstruction elsewhere. She was unhappy with her results and had never seeked nipple reconstruction.

Below: Results after removal of implants and bilateral TRAM breast reconstruction followed by nipple reconstruction. Note improvement in the shape of her breasts and abdomen.

Above: Patient with severe radical mastectomy defect. Middle: after TRAM ( abdominal tissue ) reconstruction. Lower: after completion with nipple reconstruction.

Above: patient with right mastectomy and reconstruction with smooth round saline breast implant after expander.

Above: After we performed the right nipple reconstruction, this ver creative and interresting patient had her tatoo artist create a flower around the right nipple instead of our areola tatooing. Defeating the cancer with a great sence of fantazy and a great result.
